Merging Yoga with the wind, sea, sun, stars and silence is a dream come true.

This we will do in one of the most beautiful spots of the world – La Maddalena islands

in Costa Smeralda/ Sardinia. They call them also the Maldives of Europe.

If you want to feel the touch of the wind on your skin, the smell of the sea in your nose, the taste of

the water on your tongue, the sound of silence in your ears, the love in your heart, we will be happy to

share one week of yoga and quality time with you on the catamaran.

-       beach + swim

Monday 8th October

-       7.30h yoga

-       8h breakfast

-       9h-11h water time + beach

-       12.30h lunch

-       14h set sail to new place

-       yoga

-       dinner

Tuesday 9th October

       -     7h wake up

-       8.30h  breakfast

-       set sail to Maddalena harbor

-       7.30h yoga at the dock or nearby beach
